WSOC Channel 9 has indicated that it is investigating the unprecedented number of Social Security Disability denials in Charlotte of late. The news channel claims that in 2012, 9 out of the 12 judges approved more than 50 percent of their cases. In 2015, just 6 of 13 judges approved more than 50 percent of their cases.
