    NOTE: This book was produced by photographing the original book that is housed at the University of North Carolina Special Collections. The first 50 pages are almost illegible due to degradation of the paper and bleeding of the ink. The remaining pages become more legible as the page numbers increase. Images have had minor photo retouching and have been cropped to remove the edges of the page. This book is published at the base printing cost and can be downloaded as a PDF for free.
